Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@pandaloansapp.com with details of your claim. We will respond within 30 days.

14.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, all disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Delaware (or remotely if both parties agree).

14.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE ARBITRATED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

14.5 Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for qualifying disputes, or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

14.6 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@pandaloansapp.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by:

• Posting a notice on the homepage
• Sending email notification (for material changes affecting registered users)

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to modifications, you must stop using the Service.
